About the Author

LINDA BISHOP is the founder and president of Thought Transformation, a national sales consulting company helping businesses grow with tools, training and tactics. Her expertise includes all aspects of selling, customer service and aligning sales processes with marketing strategies. For seventeen years she was a commission salesperson selling printing in the competitive Atlanta marketplace where she was a top performer. Linda has a BS degree in accounting from Purdue University and an MBA in marketing from Georgia State University. She speaks nationally on sales and customer service topics. She has published numerous articles and is the author of Selling in Tough Times and 101 Cold Call Tips. MELISSA RICHMAN has spent her career working with internationally recognized clients on advertising and brand promotion initiatives. As the Director of Marketing and Communications for Thought Transformation in Atlanta and owner of her own public relations firm, Packaged Public Relations, Melissa enjoys working with new and small businesses to develop marketing and public relations strategies that reflect the needs of the clients. Her expertise includes all aspects of PR, marketing, and social media. Prior to her current roles, Melissa worked in advertising and public relations firms throughout Florida, and spent time in account services at one of the nation s leading advertising agencies.
