Synopsis
Ethan Grey was abandoned in grief when a mysterious video journal arrived containing images of an astonishing power from another time - the same power he had seen years earlier in a disturbing vision only hours before his classified reserch facility was destroyed and his colleagues killed. About the Author
Ranse Parker's personal story is as intriguing as his first novel. He began his writing career after an extraordinary sequence of events caused him to abandon a thriving, lifetime business interest. In a later decision so unusual that it was kept secret from everyone but his immediate family, he completely immersed himself into writing the story that came to him in overwhelming inspiration after experiencing a vivid dream lasting two nights. After five years of intense dedication to this new writing ambition, we now have Circle of Doors.
The author has worked in broadcasting, the satellite industry, the private sector, served on the editorial board of an international trade magazine, consulted for the Olympics and has owned and operated several of his own companies. He currently lives in the Northwestern United States with whom he describes as his longsuffering and incredibly patient and supportive family. His second book is scheduled for release in the summer of 2008 and his next novel is now underway.
