About the Author

Pat Gaines worked twenty-two years in the Lincoln County, Oklahoma courthouse until her retirement in 2003. She and her husband have two grown children and three grandchildren. Publications include the non-fiction book "The Journal of Amos Hannah" and the children's picture book "O. O. Octopus: Sheriff of Blue Ribbon Sound" both released by Dragonfly Publishing, Inc.
