About the Author

Jimmy Olsen is a Minnesota native who has worked as an English teacher, newspaper reporter, editor and photographer. He is an active scuba diver and past PADI District Course Director. He lived this novel as a life-long diver, traveling to the world's oceans. Scuba, the novel, is woven around the 1806 wreck of the warship Imperial, which Olsen discovered in 1973. (Photo included.)
