About the Author:

An American History enthusiast since childhood and with almost three decades experience in the classroom, Nancy Arnold has combined her love of children and our country in writing her book, Patriotic Pups. During her long educational career the author taught in four states, served on both curriculum and textbook selection committees, and was named to Who's Who Among America's Teachers for three consecutive years by former students who selected her as the teacher who made the difference in their lives. She and her husband have two grown children, and they reside in Phoenix, Arizona, where she continues to teach elementary school.
