- Joe M. Regenstein, Ph.D., a leading expert on guidelines in the meat industry for improved animal welfare;
- Arthur A. Goldberg, J.D., B.C.P.C., C.R.S., author of Light in the Closet and Co-director of JONAH and the Jonah Institute of Gender Affirmation;
- Michael Schulman, Ph.D., editor of the book and Executive Director of Ask Noah International and asknoah.org;
- Rabbi Moshe Weiner, author of Sheva Mitzvot HaShem (Seven Divine Commandments; see the Rabbinical reviews quoted here), for which this book is the authorized translation.
This book is in seven parts:
- The Introduction explains the Torah basis for the Noahide Code, and for outreach to non-Jews regarding this Divinely ordained righteous path.
- Part I covers principles of the Torah-based monotheistic faith, the Divine rewards that non-Jews may earn by observing of the Noahide Code, and practical guides to subjects of primary importance in daily life - Torah study, daily prayers, moral imperatives, and returning to the righteous path.
- Parts II-IV cover the prohibitions of idolatry and blasphemy, and the prohibitions associated with causing unnecessary pain to living creatures.
- Parts V-VII cover the prohibitions of murder and injury, forbidden sexual relations, and theft.
Volume II (in preparation) will include additional topics related to the prohibition of theft, and Part VIII on the universal societal obligation to establish laws and courts.

About the Author

Rabbi Moshe Weiner of Jerusalem is a highly accomplished Torah scholar, who has dedicated years of work to the compilation and explanation of the authentic Torah-based Noahide Code, and the guiding principles for modern-day observance of the righteous path for pious Gentiles. In this work (in the original Hebrew, titled Sheva Mitzvot HaShem - Seven Divine Commandments), he received expert scholarly advice and primary approbation from the renowned Torah authority, Rabbi Zalman Nehemiah Goldberg of Jerusalem, who added his own footnote material throughout. Rabbi Weiner was also fully involved in the preparation of the entire text of the English translation, The Divine Code.

I saw the good book, well-written and aptly titled Sheva Mitzvot HaShem, compiled and authored by the Rabbi and great scholar, Rabbi Moshe Weiner, may he live for many long and good days.
I have also seen the immense work that was required to explain all the matters of the Seven Commandments for the Children of Noah, and this was done very well, written in simple, clear language, so that the reader can easily comprehend it.
I bless him that G-d should send him success in all his endeavors, to continue in his holy work, and to author and publish more works in excellent physical health.
And may it be G-d's will that he see blessing in the work of his hands, that he has prepared for the sake of G-d, blessed be He.

Behold, I am compelled to speak in praise of the great living scholar, the Rabbi Ha'Ga'on, Rabbi Moshe Weiner (may he live for many long and good days), and in praise of his book, a Shulchan Aruch L'Bnei Noach, which is an elucidation of the Torah precepts of the Seven Commandments for the Children of Noah. He truly showed greatness in his clear explanations and Torah-law rulings in matters that were not discussed at length or elucidated in breadth in the works of the Rabbinical authorities. Therefore I give my appreciation to the above Rabbi who put out such a book into the world. And for the love of the holy words, I have added comments in a few places.
