Jay Leeming is the editor and founder of the journal Rowboat: Poetry in Translation. His first book Dynamite on a China Plate was was published in 2006 by the Backwaters Press. He has taught workshops throughout the US and abroad, and is recipient of an NEA fellowship. He lives in Ithaca, NY.
