This is a student workbook that complements course "Principles of Project Management" by Ayman Nassar. The course is a three hour workshop designed to provide participants with a solid and practical understanding of project management and its application. The course serves two main objectives; it provides a boost to the participant's understanding of project management in minimal time and effort focusing on key concepts and areas of the domain. Additionally it serves individuals interested in pursuing project management certification with a leap in their preparation for the CAPM or PMP exams. While the course does not fully prepare one for passing the PMP, it does offer a boost to those choosing the self-study route instead of a full four-day PMP boot camp.
