About the Author
Mr. Sit has been pursuing, refining, and applying powerful and effective management principles and techniques for over 30 years. Also an inventor, he has been awarded four patents covering a wide range of technical subject matter. He enjoys creative painting and Ikebana, Japanese floral arrangements. Mr. Sit holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
