About the Author
Rusty Ricketson, Ph.D. is Associate Professor of Leadership at Luther Rice Seminary & University and is Chair of the Leadership Department. Dr. Ricketson also serves as President of Foundation of the Faith, Inc., a ministry committed to developing followers of Christ and establishing Leader/Follower Institutes around the world. In addition, Dr. Ricketson also heads The Ricketson Group, a consulting firm focused on strengthening leader-follower relationships.
