About the Author

Mike and Chelsea Ashcraft have been active in the child and youth development field since 1989. Mike and Chelsea are co-founders of Children's Choice Child Care Services in New Mexico. Both have taught college courses in child care, education, and management. Mike is the author of Best Practices: Guidelines for School Age Programs.
