About the Author
The authors are the Principals with Leonardo Group Americas LLC. The mission of Leonardo Group Americas is to assist its hospital clients to achieve success with the implementation of advanced Lean methods. LGA has been involved with the deployment of Lean in hospitals since 2002, and is a founding member of the Lean Hospital Group.
