Synopsis
A sixty-ton humpback whale lies stranded, gasping for breath, on the sands of Cape Cod... and there's just one girl in the world who knows who he is. About the Author
Hester Velmans grew up in The Netherlands, along the dunes at the edge of the North Sea. An award-winning translator, today she lives inland, on a farm in Massachusetts, where she often dreams of the sea.
