Synopsis

One of the most unusual books you will likely ever see! Put A Cherry On Top is half coloring book, half inspiration, half crazy, half quote book, one quarter memoir, and 100% awesome. This book will encourage you to return to the place in your own life where you lived without fear and believed you were an artist.
With the left hand pages designed as a coloring book, and the right hand pages filled with memoir, musings, and magic, this book will inspire you to think outside the box, be creative, and will leave you wanting to apply the elements of hands, head and heart to whatever it is you do to create "art."
In this, his sixth book, Ben Behunin, a full-time artist turned author encourages people of all ages to put that little extra into your life's pursuits and thereby turn the ordinary into extraordinary.
Behunin also chronicles his own artistic journey, including eight full-color pages of his home which incorporates his efforts to put a cherry on top of everything he does. You won't look at life the same way after reading this book. You'll want to fill your pockets full of crayons, color outside the lines, and dare to dream bigger than you've ever dreamed before.
Packed with powerful quotes, this book offers food for thought that will promote creativity in whatever realms you find yourself. Great for kids who like to color, teenagers who are looking for ways to live their dreams, young adults who need to believe they can, and adults who need a little kick in the pants.
Typical of Behunin's books, the artwork and photographs in this book will make you wonder if he isn't totally off his rocker. But the package will leave you smiling and wondering how he gets away with the zaniness, unabashed honesty, and fun that surround his art, his writing and his life.
"Don't fall asleep and forget that you are supposed to be awesome."
Truly a book for people who want to believe the world is round.
