James M. Morrison is currently the Director of Organizational Development of an international corporation. Previously he worked for a consulting firm where his business consulting skills were focused on strategic development, execution of corporate initiatives, and leadership development. He has extensive experience in recognizing inefficiencies within organizations and designing large-scale solutions to create better financial performance. His clients include many of the fortune 100 and 500 companies.
In 2008, he was asked by the "U.S. State Department" to conduct a full-scale assessment of the Iraqi healthcare system. He spent time in Iraq analyzing the systems and structure of the organizational design and meeting with dignitaries in the Middle East. His work led to the first contract in history using the funds of the Iraqi government to fund a $50 million implementation of medical equipment.
James has worked with over 250 non-profit organizations in an effort to alleviate suffering in over 100 underserved countries.
He is the father of triplets and lives with his wife outside of Salt Lake City, Utah.
