About the Author
Chef Lynn Miller was an extreme hobby cook for 25 years before attending culinary school. She has also attended classes in France and Germany and is currently a popular cooking instructor in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. A graduate of Schoolcraft Culinary College, she is focused on helping home cooks build flavor and make beautiful dishes without professional equipment.
