The authors are a Peruvian couple living in the United States. Dr. Durand is a physician specializing in rheumatology, and is Director of the Rheumatic & Connective Disease Clinic in Arlington, Texas. Carmen Rosa offers nutritional support for obese patients at her husband’s clinic, and teaches them how to prepare delicious food to lose weight by using the dietary regimen provided in this book.
