Susan Rex Ryan is the award-winning author of the Amazon international bestseller "Defend Your Life" about the awesome health benefits of vitamin D including the potential prevention of autism, cancer, diabetes, heart disease, and multiple sclerosis.
Sue's second book "Silent Inheritance" addresses ground-breaking information on DNA related to depression. Suffering from inherited depression later in life, Sue researched the medical literature as well as learned to acquire and interpret genetic data related to methylation and depression. Sue was featured on ABC television's "The Morning Blend" (see video) and is a regular guest on radio shows where she discusses health benefits. In 2015, she presented "The Connection between Vitamin D and Autism" to a conference for parents of autistic children.
Sue holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University and a Master of Science degree from the U.S. military's National War College. In addition, she has earned scores of Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits from accredited U.S. medical programs approved by, inter alia, The American Academy of Family Physicians.
