About the Author
Scott is an expert speaker, facilitator and coach specializing in employee engagement and change management issues. He offers innovative yet pragmatic communication strategies to improve the way companies operate. Scott s diverse background extends from providing and administrating crises intervention services, to serving as executive director of communication and change management for the largest non investor-owned health insurance corporation, to operating as its chief of staff. He s a father, consultant, writer, and communications expert. His wisdom is embedded in the stories he tells, and in his ability to draw parallels between work, home, and anything in between. His lessons aim to improve life, performance, and attitude in all areas.
