Synopsis
In KENTUCKY WOMAN, an infant, Ellie Stuart, is adopted by a poor, but loving couple in Kentucky. When she's sixteen, they die leaving her alone. In college Ellie searches for her biological parents with the help of law student, Quinn Parker. But there's a problem. A man is trying to kill her. Then they discover why. I can’t remember the last time I got so much fun out of a book as I have from Mike Brogan’s KENTUCKY WOMAN. The story invokes scintillating memories of Nick and Nora Charles, cutting-edge genetic technology, and black-hearted villains. The Kentucky Derby is worth the price of the book all on its own.
