Born in West Texas oil boom towns and raised in oil and ranching country. Began studying aircraft, flying saucers and Tesla technology in 1947 at age eight. Has witnessed countless UFO sightings. Lyne was in Air Force Intelligence with top secret clearance. Began art school at night while in Air Force. Obtained a B.S. with double major in fine arts and industrial arts, Sam Houston State University, 1965. Obtained M.F.A. in Studio Arts, University of Texas at Austin, 1969. Has lived in New Mexico since 1970. Has engaged in all forms of fine arts (painting, drawing, sculpture, printmaking, ceramics). Was target of CIA harassment for many years, after refusing an executive CIA position. Lyne invented the Lyne Atomic Hydrogen Furnace in 1964, published plans in Occult Ether Physics in 1997. This invention has resulted in the so-called "Rossi-Focardi LENR Device" (based on his invention).
