Born and raised in Hawaii, Kaʻala is in pursuit of his goal to increase the Aloha in the world. He is a conference speaker, corporate trainer, and author as well as a pastor with the Hope Chapel family of churches. He consults and speaks on topics relating to leadership and management development, communication, teambuilding and customer service. He has a gift to connect with diverse audiences, make them laugh, think, get motivated and grow. Kaʻala lives in Kailua, on the beautiful eastside of Oʻahu with his wonderful wife and children.
