Author Barbara E. Filo lives in Spokane, Washington with her husband Robert. Barbara spent more than twenty years as art historian at Whitworth University in Spokane where she led the British Isles Study Abroad Program. She spent a sabbatical at Galeria mesta Bratislavy, Slovakia, and is now Emeritus faculty.
