About the Author

William Fontana Sr. is a native Californian born 8-24 1944. He grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and lived there until 1981. He loves rural life. Presently he is employed in Yosemite National Park as a driver and tour guide. He has worked in Yosemite National Park as a tour guide for 26 year. His education is in Art. He received his Master Degree from the University of California at Chico in 1984.
