Synopsis

About the Author

Emmy-Award-winning journalist Frank Elaridi (www.FrankElaridi.com) works on the assignment desk and as a freelance producer for ABC Network News, which includes World News with Diane Sawyer, Nightline, 20/20 and Good Morning America. He also contributes regularly as a reporter for abcnews.com. He received national attention from media outlets like Huffpost Live (http://huff.lv/1gDEX0l) ) and NPR News (http://bit.ly/1dcmcO9) for his investigative feature “Fame: For Sale” (http://vimeo.com/95657074), a 24-minute video about the supply and demand of the social media industry, delving into the business of buying and selling YouTube views and Twitter followers. In January of 2014, Frank visited the Zaatri refugee camp in Jordan, working with actress Kat Graham and the United Nations to produce in-depth video coverage and raise awareness about the Syrian refugee crisis. A pop culture fiend, Frank has also attended numerous events as a red carpet reporter from Jingle Ball and Wango Tango to Trevor Live and the Vanity Fair Oscar party.
