Over the years I have helped numerous women look their best. Listening to their needs, I developed a system that would have them peaking at the right time. All women want to look good in their bikini when the summer rolls around and that is what the book is all about.
In order to do this I attacked my mission in the same way I would train an athlete to be ready for a sport. The system I developed is a season by season approach where one season will have you ready for the next one until bikini season rolls around and all that hard work would pay off.
Setting goals (both physical and nutritional) for each season and changing things up season to season makes training more fun and keeps things from getting stale. With an eye on the prize and a continual chain the reader can have a purpose to train for each season and reach one goal at a time. Before the reader knows it she has put herself in a position to look her best.
The face of women's fitness has changed. If you look at a women who was considered fit in the 80's or 90's to what a woman who is considered fit today, the transformation is astonishing. That's where the 2.0 comes in. to achieve this look I have implemented some interested methods. I feel women who are serious about looking their best will love bikini body.
It relates to Superhero Training Methods in this way. No matter what your goals are, you must implement specialized training. It is my passion and I enjoyed writing Bikini Body 2.0 for this reason. I will continue to focus on specialized training books for this reason. I am currently working on a fitness book for children as well as a strength and conditioning manual for first responders. I have been working with some M.M.A. guys lately so I guess you could expect something dealing with that also.

Welcome to a new era! Bikini Body 2.0 is all about the next generation of women and how they train. Years ago when a woman worked out they hardly ever touched a weight. Strength training for females back then was perceived as something only for those women who wanted big muscles. The women of today however, are much smarter and realize that weights are an important part of a fitness program. Compare what was perceived as fit for a woman in the 80's and 90's to what is perceived as fit today and the transformation is astonishing. Women have evolved and possess as much, if not more, knowledge then the guys when it comes to their bodies. Women traditionally do more research on the things they like to do more. Statistics prove that women buy two - thirds of the information books out there. So it's only right that I present this manual to you, the next generation of women.
 
A woman's fitness is often determined on how good they look in a bikini. However, like I previously stated this look has changed. A more athletic look is in and women are competing in more sports than ever. The look they now have represents this. More muscle and lower body fat percentages are the order of the day.

 
Bikini Body 2.0 is the complete manual for women that will help you not only look your finest, but be in the best shape of your life. After all, a perfect body - that can perform at the highest level - is what it's all about. To help you achieve this look, I have implemented a system, that if used properly, will enable you to enjoy all your hard work, and become one of the top bodies on the beach this or any summer.
 
I will break the year into four phases. The Off-Season is where you will lay the groundwork for the months ahead. In this cycle you will build your foundation and add the strength and muscles needed to perform at a high level, in preparation for the next cycle: The Pre-Season.
 
It is during the Pre-Season that you will prepare to look your best, and put in the hardest work of your life. But, in the end, it will be well worth it. What you accomplish in the Pre-Season will have you ready for the bikini season where you will look your best, and show off your hard work. However, although you will set aside enough time to enjoy the beach and show yourself off, you will still continue to work hard.
 
The fourth phase is the Post Season. It is here that you can finally relax by switching up your training and trying new and exciting hobbies that you may enjoy, or have wanted to do but never found the time for. And finally, there's the diet plan phase. The Diet Plan phase is incorporated in all phases.
