Richard has been a Florida-certified general contractor (#CGC-001310) since 1972, building both commercial and residential structures. He is also a Florida-certified home inspector (#HI-15), has passed the National Home Inspector Exam, and takes continuing education courses offered by multiple home inspection and building contractor associations. Richard is a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).
