Darryl L. Rivers was born and raised in inner-city Detroit Michigan. He is a U.S. Military Veteran and retired Law Enforcement professional. With experience as a Detroit Police Officer, ATF Task Force Agent, a Detective with the State of Arizona, Lead Special Agent with The Office of The Attorney General, and a Sergeant with the Goodyear Police Department, Darryl L. Rivers brings a host of information coupled with intelligence and humor to all he encounters. His 24 years of government service includes working as a Public Education Specialist with the Peoria Police Department and Hiring Manager, Supervisor and Trainer of the Department of Economic Security Protective Services Unit. Darryl is a former Hostage Negotiator and current national Communications, Human Behavior, and Leadership speaker and trainer. He is author of "More Than A Servant." Darryl is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst, Emotional Intelligence Analyst, and NLP/Body Language trainer. He also is an Executive Director with the world’s largest leadership and personal development company in the world, “The John Maxwell Team.” All while working for the Government Darryl functioned as a Senior Pastor and mentor to other non-profit leaders across the country. He has been featured on Christian Television, he has hosted his own radio show and is the proud owner of The L.E.A.D. Company which is a nationwide training company which features training on Human Behavior, Communication, and Leadership.
