About the Author:
Wanda L. Crenshaw is the creative genius and inspiration behind the characters, escapades and intrigue surrounding the Crenshaw Plantation. For over 50 years she worked as a librarian and historian and as an author and playwright she wrote, produced and directed several plays. She was a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. and her dream was to create a 19th century African American hero. She started this novel but passed away in 2011 before its completion. Her wish was that her son, co-author Walter T. Parham, complete the novel.
