About the Author
David Landis had no idea what would happen when he decided to create a 3-D octopus out of paper in 2008. Five years later, millions around the world have visited his website, DesktopGremlins.com, and he published his first book to keep up with demand.
Landis developed a unique method of illustrating his unique characters as a three-dimensional paper craft that requires no glue, no tape, no knives to build -- just scissors and about 15 minutes of free time.
