About the Author:

The Oasis Group is Naomi's current teaching forum for these evocative stories that still challenge women's lives today. Born in Haifa, Israel, Naomi attended the Reali School and majored in biblical studies and Literature. After service in the Israeli Navy, she married American-born Peter R. Rosenblatt, now a practicing lawyer and former U.S. ambassador. She earned her Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from Catholic University and has a private psychotherapy practice specializing in individual and marital counseling. Naomi has published two other books, "Wrestling With Angels: What the First Family of Genesis Teaches Us About Our Spiritual Identity, Sexuality, and Personal Relationships" and "After the Apple: : Women in the Bible: Women In the Bible - Timeless Stories of Love, Lust, and Longing."
