It's also deep. To get the most out of Walt Disney World, we think it helps to fully understand it. That's why there's a chapter on Disney history, and another just on its characters. That's why there are 27 scoring tips for the Toy Story Midway Mania ride and 209 animals in an included field guide to Disney's Animal Kingdom.
You should know: our ratings are weird. We rate every attraction from one to five stars. But that doesn't mean a five-star ride is better than a four-star ride. It means a five-star ride lives up to its promise better than a four-star ride. Overall we give 56 percent of Disney attractions 4 or 5 stars, 25 percent of them three stars and 12 percent 1 or 2 stars. As for the attractions we think are best, we give those checkmarks.
