I hope you will find Simple Fat Burn: Three Steps to Becoming Fit & Lean both useful and educational.  The purpose is to tell the truth about what it takes to make permanent changes. The simple concepts are those that are most critical in evoking a positive response with becoming fit and lean for life. It's my greatest joy to hear from readers who found this book transformative.

About the Author:

Cathryn E. Marshall has been passionate about fitness and personal training for two decades, having trained hundreds of individuals for success. She herself has competed three times in NPC figure competitions. Cathryn has spent several years managing personal training programs and mentoring personal trainers. She received her BA in Sociology from SUNY at Fredonia, NY and her MSW from SUNY at Buffalo, NY. Her true talents are beina a catalyst for positive change and in designing fitness programs for results. Cathryn is an avid professional networker an has served on the board of the American Business Women's Association in Alpharetta, GA. She is the mother of one son, Cameron who attends college in Daytona Beach, Florida.
