I wrote these books for the Nurse Practitioners that work in our emergency department. Initial intention was to have a 50 page book that they could use in their practice and for us to comply with the State requirement for Protocols. The books took on a life of their own n writing them with expanded scope to the degree that I decided to make them available to all Nurse Practitioners. They are used in private practices, emergency departments, and academic settings. Urgent care, emergency department staffing companies and health care corporations have used them in their multiple settings.
