"I really enjoyed it!  It's a simple, but effective approach to some of the most common challenges we all face as leaders. The 7 questions is a great tool for leaders at any level, from first time managers all the way to the CEO.  It effectively reduces your dependence upon an antiquated annual evaluation process by bringing clarity to your mission and expectations, while demonstrating your commitment to empowering and recognizing to your team throughout the year."    - Doug Sanders, President and CEO, Sprouts Farmers Markets
