About the Author

Cynthia Down has spent over 20 years working in secular Corporate America, starting out as a receptionist with a high school diploma. Commitment to being in The Word on a regular basis for the past 13 years has changed her from the inside out. As a direct result, her career took off when she became committed to reading the Bible and submitted her life to God. That’s when she found her calling in leadership. She has been superbly blessed to have spent the past 12 years in leadership positions. She has been a change-agent and transformative leader in the roles she’s served. In addition, she has been trained in leadership and biblical counseling through Healing Hearts Ministries International – a ministry for post-abortive women. She welcomes opportunities to speak and teach and mentor women. She is passionate about the transformative power of scripture and provides compelling biblical instruction and insight for life and leadership.
