About the Author
Margaret Rudgard Bradley, Ph.D., is an organizational psychologist who presents complex concepts with pizzazz in her books, workshops, and speeches. Her business solutions were field-tested during her many years as a department head in large corporations, a board member, and an entrepreneur.
