T. C. Downer is an author and freelance writer. Downer is bilingual, fluent in both French and English (Canadian, eh). Downer completed a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Ottawa, and then went on to complete a Post-Graduate in Autism and Behavioural Science at George Brown College.
