Sally Will, the cigar smoking, hard drinking and haunted Denver correspondent for the Chicago Tribune, returns in Fatal Seductions, the sequel to the multi-award-winning Fatal Redemption. She soon finds herself in a conflict between what she was taught to do in journalism school, and what she thinks is right. The security of the nation hangs on her choice. Her dilemma begins when Argo Anastas, CEO of America’s leading defense contractor, starts a sizzling affair with a beautiful assassin, Sally’s old nemesis Katya, a killer for the Russian Mafiya. Action spans from Denver to the Kremlin, to North and South Korea, Costa Rica and underwater in the Pacific, where an American attack submarine hunts a Russian sub carrying a devastating weapon. The award-winning collaboration between two-time Pulitzer Prize winner Lou Kilzer and British author Mark Boyden delivers another intriguing mystery thriller that brings to life the moral ambiguities of investigative journalism and the cut-throat reality of international espionage. Sally Will is one of the great heroines of our time. The only thing standing in her way is Katya.
