About the Author
Synonymous with compelling portraiture, Rankin's body of work features some of the world's most celebrated publications, biggest brands and pioneering charities. Rankin made his name in publishing, founding Dazed & Confused with Jefferson Hack in 1992. Rankin has published over 30 books and in 2011 returned to fashion publishing as he launched Hunger. Rankin is known for his celebrity portraiture, however his campaigns featuring 'real women' have marked him out as a genuinely passionate photographer. Whether personal or commercial, Rankin's images have become part of contemporary iconography.
