We hope you enjoy our new Twice as Good Cookbook!  We wanted to share some yummy ways to make healthy eating lots of fun!  For a recipe to be great it has to taste good and be good for you.  We hope that you'll think that these recipes accomplish both goals!
 
For as long as we can remember, the kitchen has always been the loudest and most interesting room in the house.  It seems like someone in our family is always making something delicious or creating something surprising.  We try to
be part of the fun by inventing our own dishes too! 
 
Don't forget the first four rules of Kids' Cooking:

1. Wash your hands.
2. Ask an adult for help (especially with hot items, sharp utensils and appliances).
3. Don't be afraid to try new ingredients (especially if they are GREEN)!
4. Have fun!

We've divided our cookbook into seven sections:  breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, desserts, salad dressings and superfood combinations. We hope it will be easy for you to find just the recipe that you're looking for.  Our favorite section is the dressings because we L-O-V-E to experiment with different ingredients for our salads!
