About the Author

Scott Rosberg has been an educator for over 30 years in multiple states. He has been a coach (basketball, soccer, football) at the high school & middle school levels, an athletic director, and an English teacher. He has published books on coaching and youth/school athletics, as well as two books of inspirational messages and quotes for senior athletes and graduates. Scott speaks to teams, schools, clinics, and businesses on a variety of team-building, leadership, and coaching topics. He publishes blog posts and videos on character-based coaching and athletic topics. In 2020, he launched a membership site for coaches in their first 5 years of coaching called The Fast Track Lab for New Coaches.
