About the Author

Robert Pritchard is a regular guy—retired after 28 years working a blue collar job as an aircraft mechanic for the Air National Guard. He lives in New York’s beautiful Hudson Valley where he is a Village Trustee assigned oversight of the Zoning & Planning Board, and is Director for the Village Economic Development initiative. In 2014 Bob started his own business, incorporating his lifelong wife and partner Ruth Ann for Property management, building upgrades, and renovations. He has been buying, renovating, and building residential properties for over thirty years and practices purposeful, focused, and lasting economic approaches to the successful acquisition and operation of investment property.
