About the Author:

Ellsworth T. Rundlett III, known as Derry, is a graduate of Bowdoin College and the University of Maine School of Law. He has been a practicing attorney in his own firm for forty years, and is a past president of the Maine Trial Lawyers Association, a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and the author of a successful book on personal injury practice. He has been the co-host of a local television show, "Law on the Line" for fifteen years. His interests, other than the love of his family, include extensive traveling, skiing, and the sport of track and field where he has been state champion or medalist for his age group, as well as a national senior games finalist, in the sprints since 2001. Derry was inducted into the Maine Senior Games Hall of Fame, first year class, May 2015, for track.
