Millions of manuscripts, documents, and papers, thousands of articles, and hundreds of books have been written about World War II’s D-day.

D-Day Blunder, with some exceptions, was not discussed or written about. This was partly because of the euphoria of winning the war against the Nazis and their atrocities. No one after the war had the temerity or guts to either blame or implicate anyone—neither the Allied politicians nor the generals. The fact remains that had the Allies supported the German conspirators, which included highly respected and popular field marshal Erwin Rommel, against Hitler through a simple announcement of their support, the D-day invasion would not have been necessary. The lives of as many as up to fifteen million civilians, and military personnel throughout Europe and Russia, including some four hundred thousand Americans, could have been saved. Years later Winston Churchill regretted not taking the German offer seriously. To assume those who profited from prolonging the war at the cost of $1.6 trillion (2015 dollar) had their own nefarious agenda is not outlandish.

The Book takes the reader through the most thrilling journey of plots/counter plots, of Master Politicians, Dictators, Presidents, Prime misters, Generals, and their Assassination plots, and the most fascinating love story of the daughter of an American executive who fell in love with one of the most notorious spy masters and agreed to help him...and finally, the author’s analytical narrative of the historical and political reality of then and now..

Review:
Thank you very much for sending me your beautifully signed, your work " Beyond D-Day Blunder"

I am about half-way through it, and it certainly portrays an interesting story of life in Europe during World War Two.I love it because it is "easy" reading. You certainly did a lot of research, and gave the character very life like descriptions, based on the real "players" during the war.

Again, many thanks for my dedicated copy.

Sincerely

Mary Roosevelt.
