Synopsis

"You will suffer for the rest of your life," the doctor said. Since that first day I was diagnosed I expected to suffer for the rest of my life. It was the only choice I thought I had. If you want to change the way you manage diabetes, if you want more energy, and if you want to keep your blood sugar low – if you do not want to suffer, it’s up to you. Your doctor will tell you what to do but there’s not much he can do if you don’t do what you need to do. Using reprogramming knowledge and methods I learned from Jack Canfield and others you will learn how to un-code and re-code your mental programming in order to produce a system you can live with – a fulfilling and useful system for a happy life. My beliefs were making me suffer. I take insulin. I have to take a little more care with my health than some people, but I do not have to suffer.
