Celtic Mandalynths are endless, woven designs that you trace with a stylus Use anything that points; a capped pen, a coffee stir, a chopstick.
Just touch the Mandalynth design and trace along the twisting lines. Cross over the intersections. A Mandalynth is a meditation pathway, not a puzzle maze.
Tracing forces the mind to focus because you must pay attention to what you are doing. Focus creates Mindfulness a state where your thoughts can relax for a moment.
Tracing is an effective way to "retrain your brain". It's more like doodling than coloring, and creates a quiet, observational state. Mindfulness can help you 'move through' a panic or an anger trigger. Mindfulness can help an over-stimulated brain settle down. Now Mindfulness is as easy as tracing along a beautiful, twisting art path.
