About the Author

Micah Brooks is a worship pastor, author and songwriter from Nashville, Tennessee, USA. His passion is to see Jesus' people lift up and worship Jesus' name.

While playing music is part of his profession, Micah is a family man in life. He is married to wife Rochelle. Together they have three children (as of 2016, they may have more now ha!): Liam, Aisley and Jovie. They attend World Outreach Church where Micah is a worship pastor. The whole family enjoys running in the Tennessee heat and Micah enjoys playing church league softball.

Micah has been a guitar teacher and coach for over ten years. Most people learn best by having one-on-one instruction. This book and the others in this series, such as Worship Guitar In Six Weeks, were created with the student in mind. They are each the best of the lessons that a guitar student will receive from Micah. The guitar is one of the greatest tools we have for modern worship. When the guitar is used to expand God's kingdom, the opportunities are endless. All glory to Jesus Christ!
