Synopsis

In today’s tumultuous world, men and women everywhere find it almost impossible to sustain joy. As followers of Christ, we often forget that a very real, invisible battle is raging. We have an enemy, Satan, who seeks to separate us from the only One who is able to give us life, hope and joy. Many of us don’t really understand, or possibly don’t believe that there truly is another dimension – a parallel world existing beyond what we can see, hear and touch. But we certainly do feel its effects. And, although we may have been Christians for many years, most of us are novices in the fine art of spiritual warfare. But there is good news. God has given us everything we need to fight and win, and to find Joy in the Battle. Many have ventured to write on the subject of spiritual warfare, but in this exciting new book, Joy in the Battle – Experiencing Victory in an Invisible War, Christian Life Coach, speaker, and author, Mary Sorrentino, answers the one question asked by many, but answered by few: “How do I find JOY in the midst of this battle?” As founder of Joy on Purpose Life Coaching, Mary is dedicated to helping people find joy in the midst of life’s most difficult circumstances. Facing the question of spiritual warfare straight on, Mary’s fresh, new approach and perspective give the reader the tools they need to find joy for life even in an invisible battle, as they discover the gift of God’s power, provision, and protection.
