Marriage, children, money, and everyday battles take their toll on any parent. This book navigates a clear path through the roller coaster of life. Get ready to laugh, cry, and be motivated by author, Rick Daynes, the keeping-it-real father of five, three of whom have special needs. Although he speaks to dads of special kids, these life-changing solutions inspire All Parents who want to empower their marriage and shape the brightest future for their family.

Making a marriage work is tough enough without adding the element of a special needs child. Rick Daynes exposes the mistakes by men and women using real-life funny and insightful examples. You will have a hard time putting the book down! Men and women understand such problems differently. If they can t find agreement in how to care for their child, their marriage is in big trouble. I have not seen a book written to help dads through such problems before. The arrival of Keep it Together Man is very timely. This book will save a marriage. It might even save a life. --Sean Ryan, Singer, Songwriter, Father of an autistic son
This is a must read for anyone in a relationship or anyone with kids. Rick Daynes has some great stuff and incredible insight for Dad s with special kids. My wife and I read the book and immediately decided POG s were a priority in our life and we began planning our getaway. You just have to read the book to find out for yourself. But I think it s a life changing event. --Shaun Miner, Member of The Club (see last chapt)
FINALLY, A BOOK FOR DADS! As a psychologist who works with parents, I fully recommend this book. Over the years I have tried to find books that are specifically geared to a fathers experience with very little luck. Keep it Together Man is specifically written for Dads using "Dad language." It has a great mix of emotion and humor AND also includes bullet points/summaries to make application of information user friendly. The book mostly focuses on navigating the ups and downs of fatherhood and marriage with respect to managing a special needs child. It provides great insights and suggestions to apply to you and your family. Although this book says it if for Dads with special needs kids, I think it works for Dads of all types of children, as well as moms. This book is a breath of fresh air when it comes to "parent self-help books", it is real, funny, and entertaining. --Dr. Katie Erreca
